Our Products
Steam Jet Ejector Sets and Condensers
Ejector Systems use steam to generate vacuum and can be single or multi-stage. Applied Vacuum design and supply ejectors for any vacuum, a 5-stage vacuum set can achieve up to 0.5mbar(A).
Liquid Eductors
Eductors utilise liquid as the motive medium and are used for generating and maintaining vacuum to entrain either a gas, liquid or fine flowable solid.
Steam/Air Vent Silencers
Applied Vacuum manufactures steam/air vent Silencers up to 2.5m in diameter for flows of up to 250 ton/hr.
Steam Desuperheaters
Desuperheaters are used to reduce the temperature of superheated steam within a pipeline. Spray-type Desuperheaters require only cooling water and can handle a turndown of 4:1, for higher turndowns, Atomising type Desuperheaters must be used and require both cooling water and medium/high pressure steam.
Thermocompressors
Thermocompressors are mostly used for re-usage of waste steam in order to reduce energy costs. A high pressure motive steam compresses a low pressure steam which discharges at an intermediate steam pressure.
In-Tank Jet mixers
Each Jet Mixer will entrain 3-4 times the pumped volume through each nozzle. Jet mixing systems are a very affective alternative to motorised agitation arms. There are no moving parts and the jets can utilize existing pump capacity.
Steam Injection Heating
2 types of steam injection liquid heaters:
• In-tank
• In-line
Both types are designed to heat up liquid without causing any steam hammer.
Steam Jet Liquid Sump Pumps
Steam motivated liquid pumps are used to empty sumps or tanks, and generally to transfer liquids. They are especially useful for corrosive liquids or liquids which coagulate on standing. As little as 125 kg/hr of steam can empty sumps at a rate of over 5000 litres per hour.
Steam Jet Refrigeration
Steam Jet Refrigeration employs the principal of flash cooling to instantaneously chill water.
Pneumatic Vent Ejectors
These Ejectors utilise compressed air to create a vacuum. Air as a motive is not suited for generating deep vacuum however it is very effective for venting where only minimal vacuum is required.
Side entry spray lance
The Side Entry Spray Lance is a robust, precision-engineered solution designed for effective injection of steam, water, or chemicals directly into process vessels, pipelines, or tanks. Ideal for applications requiring lateral access, it ensures uniform distribution, improved mixing, and enhanced thermal or chemical reactions.
Condensers
Supply of both Barometric Spray Type Condensers and Shell and Tube Surface Condensers.
