DIRECT
INJECTION HEATING
Liquids can be heated by direct contact with steam either
in pipelines (inline) or inside vessels (intank). Heating
is extremely efficient and virtually silent.
INLINE STEAM HEATING INJECTION TYPE
Steam - which should be at a pressure of at least 100 kPa
above the liquid pressure - is directly injected into the
liquid using carefully designed injection ports.
VENTURI TYPE
Liquid - which should be at least at the same pressure as
the steam - is jetted through the heater nozzle and is heated
by the incoming steam.
